Where does the Akashic Records begin?
To begin with, you need to prepare to read the recordings and request to see them - to enter the sacred space of meditation. - Start with a prayer, such as the "Prayer of the Path" to enter the Chronicles. Linda Howe shares this in her book, Reading the Akashic Records, and you can find it online. This is a call to open the notes of a specific person (you use your name when you speak it or read it to yourself).
- Imagine and feel yourself in the space of your heart, in meditation, as mentioned earlier. Once you're there, watch what happens next or call it a day. For me it happens spontaneously, but you can think of any place as a launch pad if you don't see anything or aren't moving anywhere (yet).
- See yourself in the Chronicles room with folders or books. I see light from above while I am sitting on a wooden chair opening a file that has my name on it. Open the file and see what you find. Ask questions like I mentioned earlier. Perhaps you will see words, or you will see pictures, or you will hear words, or you will feel something. Another place to read the Chronicles is the Crystal Cave. Crystals store information. An Akashic Records reading may include text, symbols, and images. You may hear things as if they are being transmitted to you from Source, or you may experience a sense of place as if you were there. If you are shown a picture or episode of something, ask what it means. Think about what this means to you!
As an Akashic Records reader, I see the Records as the Source field for us and all that is, and everyone who reads sees it differently. You can learn this by practicing. Yes, everyone has the opportunity to access the Akashic Records, and in fact everyone receives it. But when you think about the concept of the Akashic Records and the immensity of your own records, something happens in your mind. The volume of information about your souls, its immensity, can lead people to the belief that access to their own Chronicles must be something extraordinary.
In fact, many people's methods of accessing their Chronicles are often the most common. Everyone turns to the Akashic Chronicles and everyone constantly receives information from them on a subconscious level. It is a way by which you guide yourself to the right place at the right time. Your subconscious, like a radio receiver, constantly receives information from the Records, combines it with the choices your mind makes, and the combination of these two components brings you to where you need to be. It is for this reason that you sometimes have an inexplicable need to do something, and you do not understand why it became necessary. For this reason, you sometimes involuntarily change lanes on the highway or turn into the wrong lane, arriving home later than usual, but it is these actions that lead you to the right time and place.
There are a lot of small decisions you make every day that are controlled by your subconscious mind based on the information it receives from your Akashic Records. Everyone does this. It is impossible to exist in human form and not constantly use information from your Chronicles. Without it, a person would simply cease to function. This is comparable to the operation of a computer's operating system, without which programs would not be able to function. Connecting with your Akashic Records is vital for everyone.
You gain access to the Chronicles consciously. Most typically this process occurs when something comes from the subconscious, comes with enough impulse or meaning to rise to the surface and enter consciousness. You can imagine this consciousness as an ocean on which you are sailing, focusing all your thoughts on what is happening in and around the boat, and suddenly you notice something happening in the depths. A shark fin, a whale's tail, or ripples on the water, sun glare. Anything that is likened to information in your subconscious that is interesting or intriguing enough to attract conscious attention. The kind of event where you actually know you should do something, but have no explanation why. For this reason, instead of changing lanes on the highway without thinking, you think to yourself: “I don’t know why, but I should change lanes.” This is often called intuition. In fact, this is intuition. It is a conscious sense of what your subconscious mind is constantly doing in contact with the Akashic Records.
Using the metaphor of a man and a boat on the ocean and paying more attention to the water, you may notice more of what the subconscious is doing with the Chronicles. Many techniques used to develop intuition are based on this very metaphor, these techniques simply focus your attention and help you see better and observe more carefully what is happening around you. This is facilitated by meditation, and other exercises too, for example, controlled dreams, in which you merge with what is happening in the subconscious and gain access to your Chronicles. All people do this all the time. It is not a gift, it is an innate quality without which you cannot exist. At the same time, some have specific, special abilities that allow them to read information from the Akashic Records more easily and consciously, without much effort. There can be a whole range of abilities that allow you to access the Chronicles, and most of these abilities are directly related to your level of understanding. Some are already significantly aware of their subconscious and this gift is being nurtured. It is enhanced by the willingness to look at things deeper than what appears on the surface.
Both this willingness and the cultivation of one's gift require each person to understand the truth about their own path. Everyone has a barrier between the mind and the subconscious. This barrier is installed for your protection. It protects you from being overwhelmed by the amount of information stored in your subconscious and helps you focus on what is happening right next to you. It helps you exist as a human in everyday life. This barrier sometimes disappears, sometimes becomes thinner, depending on what you need to get from the depths of the subconscious. But it may increase. There are many ways to turn this barrier into an insurmountable obstacle to eliminating contact with your subconscious. This includes self-doubt, self-examination, and self-hatred. Willingness, non-judgment and love help to loosen the barrier and consciously approach your subconscious.
Access to the Akashic Records can be represented as a spectrum. At one end of this spectrum of levels are people who access the Chronicles unconsciously, without conscious effort, or without any understanding of what is happening. At the other end are those who carry out active channelings, during which a person tunes into his Chronicles in full and directs his thoughts to becoming a channel for transmitting only information from the Chronicles, completely turning off his thinking and his own individuality. Those of you trying to access the Chronicles are walking along this spectrum towards full connectivity and encountering obstacles along the way. All these obstacles lie within your mind. Most of them are formed by self-doubt. Everyone has their own unique set-up for internal self-doubt. She usually has her own voice and, if you think of her as a certain creature inside herself, like a little monster, then you can imagine her talking, and then it will be possible to distinguish the voice of self-doubt from the voice of your daily thoughts. Some people have these little monsters that say, "You'll never be good enough." With others, he declares: “Do you think you’re smart enough for this?” You can name thousands of similar statements whispered to you by this little monster. It’s up to you to decide when, in the process of your recovery, to fight this monster and stop believing it. This is the path to your own integrity, the path towards your own completeness and awareness, readiness to achieve access to your Akashic Chronicles.
