Important: A new patch has been released and the installation folder for mods will change, now they need to be installed in the WOT/res_mods/1.6.0/ and WOT/mods/1.6.0/ folders. There are several ways to make transparent foliage in World of Tanks. For example, scripts, but some players prefer to use trainers - separate stand-alone programs that interact with the game process.

Why do we need Tundra trainers for 1.6.0?

Visibility on the battlefield is one of the most important features of the gameplay. To avoid detection, most tankers fire from behind bushes, so when aiming, only the outline of the vehicle and the marker above it are visible. This is not very convenient, because if you turn off the foliage, the entire enemy vehicle will be visible.

As a result, it becomes much more convenient to shoot, the view is not obscured by leaves and the enemy tank is completely visible, it is in full view.

How to use the Tundra trainer?

Choose one of two options and download the exe file.
We launch it, then launch the game, or vice versa.
Press the keys indicated in the trainer to turn off foliage.

The Tundra trainer (3 in 1) has three operating modes:

Trunk – all foliage on trees and bushes is removed, only trunks remain
Full - all vegetation is completely removed
Aim - all vegetation is removed as soon as you switch to sniper mode.

This and its use can get you banned.

Launch the game - launch the trainer - press the necessary buttons to turn off the vegetation.

Tundra is one of the leaders of banned mods, because it gives a huge advantage over the enemy and increases your visibility.

The mod works very simply. It completely removes absolutely all foliage from the battlefield. Only the crowns of the trees remain, and the bushes completely disappear. Thanks to this, the enemy is not only better visible (he is not lost against the background of foliage), but the entire map is now better visible, which allows you to better assess the situation on the battlefield.

The mod is especially useful for those tankers who like to play anti-tank self-propelled guns. Why? The thing is that tank destroyers prefer to inflict damage on the enemy from cover, be it a fallen tree or dense bushes. In this case, you have to focus on the outline of the enemy, and if the sight is not aimed at the outline, only the marker is visible, without any other designations. This is not very convenient; the silhouette of the car remains out of sight. The Tundra solves this problem. Since all the vegetation has been removed from the map, the enemy’s car is perfectly visible, and meanwhile you still remain in cover and the enemy team cannot see you. As a result, the usefulness of the Tundra can hardly be overestimated.

For other classes, clearing leaves is also a useful tactic. For example, during rides on light tanks, the player does not lose concentration, paying attention to the vegetation. In addition, in this version of the mod the tree crowns do not disappear, which allows the tank commander to go around them (in earlier versions of the Tundra, the crowns also disappeared from the battlefield).

The mod always remains active, there is no need to turn it on/off or run additional exe files of trainers. Tundra is made in the form of one folder, which is placed in the directory with the game.

In addition to increasing its own performance in battle, Tundra has another, not particularly advertised, advantage. Since all the foliage completely disappears from the map, computer resources are freed up a little, which has a positive effect on the frame rate. This does not work on all PC configurations, but the fact remains that the game optimization will increase slightly. And a stable FPS in battle also affects efficiency, since with the brakes you can make annoying mistakes. If the problem of optimizing tanks plays a big role for you, then not only Tundra will help, try installing, with its help you can turn off “heavy” visual effects, for example, fire, smoke and others.

Among other very useful cheats, we can mention a mod, thanks to which the outlines of enemy tanks will always be highlighted. X-ray works especially well in conjunction with some kind of cheat sight, for example, a mod. And all the cheats put together will help you snatch victory even in the most hopeless situations, since there will be much more information coming from the battlefield.

The popular cheat mod “Tundra” continues to be quite popular among WoT fans. It offers wide functionality that will make the gaming process easier. With this modification you can remove tree crowns and even foliage during sniper aiming.

By removing vegetation that interferes with shooting, you will get a good advantage over your opponents. Now enemy tanks located in the forest will no longer be a problem, since they will be clearly visible.

Cheat Tundra download

This mod first appeared a long time ago and is currently in great demand among cheaters. But before downloading it, it is worth considering that it, like some others, is prohibited for use. So think carefully before installing it.

In order to install the “Tundra” modification, you need to unpack the downloaded archive to the following address: /WoT/res_mods/[current patch]/. Then you can start the game, join the battle and press the F2 key to enable the cheat. You can also activate the black sky using the Alt + F11 combination. All mod settings are made in the mod_tspyd09E file, which is located in /[current patch]/scripts/client/gui/mods/.

The Tundra trainer is one of the prohibited cheats that removes absolutely all foliage from the battlefield. The usefulness is that it becomes much more convenient to aim, because bushes and leaves on the trees do not interfere.

Review

Since the trainer is distributed as an exe file, there is no interference with the game files, which avoids conflicts with other modifications. By removing vegetation, the player receives a lot of advantages over the enemy, for example, visibility on the map increases, aiming becomes more convenient, because the leaves do not block the view, and the tanker immediately sees the enemy.

Three operating modes are available:

trunk - all vegetation is removed except tree trunks;
full - both crowns and leaves disappear;
aim is the best mode that preserves the atmosphere of the game, because the foliage disappears only in sniper mode. I recommend using it so as not to turn World of Tanks into a scorched desert.

As you can see from the screenshots, the map has lost a huge amount of its beauty, but the enemy is much easier to spot. The trainer will be especially convenient when playing tank destroyers, which in most cases are hidden behind dense vegetation. In this case, you won’t have to aim, focusing only on the contour; you will be able to fully see the enemy tank, which is very convenient. But on light vehicles, it is advisable to activate only the third mode (the trainer works only in a sniper scope), so as not to lose speed by knocking down a tree.

Another advantage will be an increase in FPS on weak computers, since the video card will not need to process vegetation. But the number of frames increases only on some configurations (by the way, you can now download a special program for optimizing the game, it’s called).
